Description: Mindful Vinyasa Class 

This is a slow-paced yoga flow designed to help you move, breathe and unwind. Each class gently blends strengthening postures, mindful breathwork and moments of meditation, leaving you feeling grounded and restored. While the pace is unhurried, slow doesn’t always mean easy. You’ll be invited to build strength, focus and steady breath in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Everyone is welcome. The class is suitable for beginners, while still offering a nourishing practice for those with some experience. Please note this is a group class, so individual support is offered within that setting.

Bring your own mat, wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and a bottle of water. I look forward to practising together. 🤍
